This Inconel 625 Double End Stud is available in sizes from 5/16 inch to 4 inches, with lengths ranging from 30 mm to 1000 mm. It strictly complies with the ASME B18.2.1 standard and achieves a strength grade of 12.9. Customization is available according to customer requirements. Leveraging the high yield strength and exceptional durability of the Inconel 625 material, the Inconel 625 Double End Stud maintains excellent structural stability even in extremely corrosive environments, making it an ideal material for marine engineering, chemical equipment, and high-temperature and high-pressure applications.

What is Inconel 625?
Inconel 625 is a solid-solution strengthened nickel-based superalloy belonging to the nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy system. By adding elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and niobium to the nickel matrix, it achieves a balance of high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and high-temperature performance without relying on heat treatment for strengthening. For this reason, the Inconel 625 Double End Stud is able to deliver outstanding performance in harsh service conditions.

Its core characteristics are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
- Excellent corrosion resistance: Particularly outstanding is its resistance to chloride ion corrosion. Its pitting resistance equivalent number (PREN) is typically greater than 45, far exceeding that of conventional stainless steels such as 316L, making it virtually immune to attack from seawater and chloride-containing solutions. The use of Inconel 625 Double End Stud significantly enhances resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. At the same time, it also performs well in various inorganic and organic acids, including nitric acid, phosphoric acid, and hydrochloric acid.

- High-temperature strength and oxidation resistance: Over a wide temperature range from cryogenic (-196°C) to 980°C, the Inconel 625 Double End Stud maintains good strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance. At high temperatures, a dense chromium oxide protective film forms on its surface, providing strong resistance to oxidation and carburization.
- Good workability and weldability: Its welding performance is excellent, and it retains its corrosion resistance after welding without the need for post-weld heat treatment. This makes the Inconel 625 Double End Stud highly suitable for manufacturing complex industrial equipment.

Thanks to the above characteristics, the Inconel 625 Double End Stud is widely used in marine engineering (seawater equipment), aerospace (engine components, exhaust systems), petrochemicals (equipment for sour gas environments), nuclear energy, and other fields.
