Incoloy 926 is a high-performance nickel-iron-chromium alloy enhanced with molybdenum, copper, and nitrogen, offering excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and oxidation resistance. The stability of the Incoloy 926 Stud Bolt in various environments is as follows:
1. Chemical Stability
Corrosion Resistance:
The Incoloy 926 Stud Bolt exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in acidic, alkaline, and chloride environments.
In 10% sulfuric acid and 10% hydrochloric acid solutions, the corrosion rates are below 0.1 mm/year and 0.05 mm/year, respectively.

In a 3% sodium chloride solution at 50°C, its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion surpasses that of 316L and 904L stainless steels.

Oxidation Resistance:
In high-temperature oxidizing environments, the Incoloy 926 Stud Bolt forms a dense chromium oxide layer on its surface, effectively preventing further oxidation.
In high-temperature environments ranging from 600°C to 900°C, the oxidation rate is below 0.1 g/m²·h.

2. Thermal Stability
High-Temperature Strength:
At 600°C, the Incoloy 926 Stud Bolt maintains a tensile strength of over 450 MPa and a yield strength of 200 MPa.
At 800°C, the tensile strength is 300 MPa, and the yield strength is 150 MPa.

Thermal Fatigue Performance:
Under thermal cycling conditions, the Incoloy 926 Stud Bolt demonstrates excellent thermal fatigue resistance, with a crack propagation rate below 10⁻⁶ mm/cycle.

3. Mechanical Stability
Creep Resistance:
At 600°C and 100 MPa stress, the creep rupture time of the Incoloy 926 Stud Bolt exceeds 10,000 hours.
At 700°C and 50 MPa stress, the creep rupture time exceeds 5,000 hours.

Relaxation Resistance:
Under high temperatures and prolonged stress, the preload loss rate of the Incoloy 926 Stud Bolt is below 5%.

The Incoloy 926 Stud Bolt, with its exceptional chemical stability, thermal stability, and mechanical stability, has become an ideal choice for marine engineering, shipbuilding, and offshore platforms. Whether in extreme chemical environments, high-temperature conditions, or under long-term mechanical stress, the Incoloy 926 Stud Bolt provides reliable connection assurance, ensuring the safe operation of equipment.
