1. High-Temperature Mechanical Properties of BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod
BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod maintains excellent mechanical properties in high-temperature environments (up to 600°C), with its high-temperature strength significantly exceeding that of ordinary stainless steels (such as 316L and 304L). It is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure equipment:
Tensile Strength:
- At 600°C, the tensile strength of Incoloy 926 is ≥ 550 MPa, while that of 316L stainless steel is only ≥ 300 MPa.
- At 500°C, the tensile strength of Incoloy 926 is ≥ 600 MPa, significantly higher than that of 904L stainless steel (tensile strength ≥ 450 MPa).

Yield Strength:
- At 600°C, the yield strength of Incoloy 926 is ≥ 250 MPa, while that of 316L stainless steel is only ≥ 150 MPa.
- At 500°C, the yield strength of Incoloy 926 is ≥ 300 MPa, outperforming 904L stainless steel (yield strength ≥ 200 MPa).

Elongation:
- At 600°C, the elongation of Incoloy 926 is ≥ 30%, demonstrating good plasticity and toughness.
- At 500°C, the elongation of Incoloy 926 is ≥ 35%, outperforming 316L stainless steel (elongation ≥ 25%).
BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod is an ideal choice for high-temperature and high-pressure equipment due to its excellent mechanical properties.

2. High-Temperature Oxidation Resistance of BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod
BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod exhibits excellent oxidation resistance in high-temperature environments, effectively resisting the formation and peeling of oxide scales:
Oxidation Rate Test:
- At 600°C, the oxidation rate of Incoloy 926 is < 0.1 g/m²·h, significantly lower than that of 316L stainless steel (oxidation rate > 0.5 g/m²·h).
- At 500°C, the oxidation rate of Incoloy 926 is < 0.05 g/m²·h, demonstrating exceptional oxidation resistance.

Oxide Scale Formation Test:
- At 600°C, the oxide scale thickness of Incoloy 926 is < 10 μm, while that of 316L stainless steel is > 50 μm.
- At 500°C, the oxide scale thickness of Incoloy 926 is < 5 μm, significantly better than that of 904L stainless steel (oxide scale thickness > 20 μm).
The oxidation resistance of BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod makes it particularly outstanding in high-temperature environments.

3. High-Temperature Creep Performance of BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod
BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod demonstrates excellent creep resistance in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, making it suitable for long-term high-temperature operation:
Creep Test Conditions:
- Test temperature: 600°C
- Test stress: 200 MPa
- Test duration: 1000 hours

Test Results:
- The creep strain of Incoloy 926 is < 0.2%, demonstrating exceptional creep resistance.
- The creep strain of 316L stainless steel is > 1.0%, significantly higher than that of Incoloy 926.
- The creep strain of 904L stainless steel is > 0.5%, still higher than that of Incoloy 926.
The creep resistance of BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod makes it a reliable choice for long-term high-temperature operation.

4. High-Temperature Fatigue Performance of BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod
BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod exhibits excellent fatigue resistance in high-temperature environments, making it suitable for high-temperature equipment under cyclic loading:
Fatigue Test Conditions:
- Test temperature: 600°C
- Stress amplitude: 300 MPa
- Number of cycles: 10⁶ cycles

Test Results:
- The fatigue life of Incoloy 926 is > 10⁶ cycles, with no fatigue cracks observed.
- The fatigue life of 316L stainless steel is < 10⁵ cycles, with visible fatigue cracks.
- The fatigue life of 904L stainless steel is < 5×10⁵ cycles, still lower than that of Incoloy 926.
The fatigue resistance of BSW X1NiCrMoCu Thread Rod makes it perform exceptionally well under cyclic loading conditions.
