Casting  
Molten alloy liquid is poured into a pre-prepared mold and cooled to form an ingot. The size and shape of the ingot are determined by the subsequent processing needs of API 20F A453 Gr.660 Bolting. Below are specific parameters and methods for casting nickel-based alloys.  
 
Casting Process Control  
1. Mold Material and Temperature  
Mold Material: High-heat-resistant alloy steel or quartz sand molds are typically used to ensure the stability and durability of API 20F A453 Gr.660 Bolting material at high temperatures.  
Mold Preheating: The mold should be preheated to 200°C to 300°C before casting to reduce thermal shock between the molten metal and the mold.  
 
2. Casting Temperature
