It is made of glass fiber reinforcement combined with NBR as a binder, produced through a unique calendering process. In terms of performance, C4430 demonstrates excellent sealing and chemical adaptability. It possesses an outstanding compressive strength exceeding 200 MPa, making it nearly immune to"blowout"failure at high temperatures. Its operating temperature range is extremely wide, with a maximum resistance of 430°C and a continuous use temperature of 300°C, making it particularly suitable for hot water and steam applications. Chemically, it offers good resistance to oils, fuels, hydrocarbons, refrigerants, and mild acids and alkalis.
