C4430 Insulating Spacer—built to ASME B16.5, 4"150 lb rating—uses a core of Klingersil C-4430 non-asbestos sheet: aramid fibre reinforced with NBR binder, oil-resistant, temperature-resistant and highly resilient.
Each set is shipped with a G-10 insulating sleeve & washer plus ZPS metallic hardware, eliminating flange galvanic corrosion and thermal-cycling stress in one step and giving critical lines in petrochemical, offshore and LNG service long-term sealing together with electrical isolation.

1. Look—three visual hot-spots
