KLINGERSIL Dielectric Flange Gasket, 4"150LB is made of imported Klingersil C4400 non-asbestos sheet, a composite of aramid fibre plus NBR rubber, rated for 400 °C and electrical insulation ≥40 kV/mm. Supplied together with G10 insulating sleeves, washers and ZPS metal overlay, it meets ASME B16.5 and solves the three main pain-points—corrosion, current leakage and thermal-cycling loosening—in one shot, making it the safety-first choice for chlor-alkali plants, offshore platforms and high-voltage VSD piping.
