Klinger Insulation Gasket, designed specifically for ASME B16.5 flange standards, uses high-performance Klingersil C4430 non-metallic sheet material. This 3-inch, Class 150, 3.2mm thick E-type gasket offers excellent media resistance and sealing performance. The set includes G10 insulating sleeves, metal washers, and ZPS insulating gaskets, forming a complete flange electrical isolation solution, serving as a typical application example of Klinger Insulation Gasket. The price per set ranges from 9.9 to 29.9 USD, with a minimum order quantity of 1 piece, delivery time of 7 to 35 days, and support for customized orders.

KLINGERSIL C-4430 is a benchmark universal non-asbestos sealing gasket material launched by Klinger, designed to meet demanding industrial conditions, and is widely used in the manufacture of high-quality Klinger Insulation Gasket. It uses aramid fibers and glass fibers as the backbone, bonded and vulcanized with nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), combining excellent mechanical strength and chemical compatibility.

The core advantage of this material lies in its excellent stress relaxation resistance. This means the gasket can continuously maintain sufficient bolt preload without significant creep under long-term high-temperature service conditions, fundamentally avoiding leakage failures caused by material fatigue. Test data shows that a 2.0mm thick sheet retains a residual stress of over 35MPa after 16 hours at 300°C under 50MPa. This performance enables Klinger Insulation Gasket to maintain reliable sealing even under high-temperature conditions.

In terms of media resistance, C-4430 is a true all-rounder. It performs stably not only against high-temperature steam and hot water but also against oils, gases, salt solutions, fuels, alcohols, moderate acids and alkalis, hydrocarbons, lubricants, and various refrigerants. This wide adaptability makes it widely used in critical fields such as chemical, oil and gas, energy, papermaking, shipbuilding, food and beverage, and even aerospace, becoming an ideal substrate for Klinger Insulation Gasket.

Safety compliance is another highlight of this material. C-4430 has passed fire safety tests (compliant with ISO 10497/19921), obtained TA-Luft (German Clean Air Act) certification, and meets strict standards such as BAM oxygen application (100bar/85°C) and WRAS drinking water contact under specific working conditions. It should be noted that as a rubber-containing sealing material, C-4430 has a certain shelf life. In critical applications, attention must be paid to the production date and storage under recommended conditions. All these characteristics further enhance the suitability of Klinger Insulation Gasket in harsh environments.

In terms of electrical performance, C-4430 itself has an average dielectric strength of approximately 21.3 kV/mm and a surface resistance as high as 4.1×10¹³ Ω, offering certain insulating properties. However, in flange insulation sealing solutions, systematic electrical isolation mainly relies on the accompanying G10 insulating sleeves and metal washers. For this reason, a complete Klinger Insulation Gasket solution includes not only the gasket itself but also integrates insulating sleeves and washers to achieve truly reliable electrical isolation. The material is available in standard sheet sizes of 1500×2000mm, with various thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 6.4mm, flexibly meeting the design requirements of different pressure ratings and sealing structures.
