Our factory
Our factory is located in Zhejiang Province with a total area of 25000 square meters. It was built in 1990 with great production and technical force, as well as complete sophisticated detection equipment.



Certificates
Qishi has a strict quality control system. We have obtained the API-20E and API-20F double-concert certificate, CE Certificate, AD2000 certification, quality system ISO 9001, environmental system ISO 14001, occupational health and safety OHSAS 18001 system certificate, etc., to meet customers requirements in various fields.



Offices
There are 186 employees in the workshop, 12 employees in the QC department and 6 employees in the R&D department.

 

Equipment
Factory equipped with a complete set of fastener and gasket manufacturing equipment, to perform cutting, forging, thread forming, and heat treatment of products.



Inspections and tests
Performing Chemical Element Analysis, Mechanical Properties Testing, Impact Test, UT, MT, PT and VT
Nondestructive Testing and a series of inspections and verification are also available.



The third-party inspection

Third Party Inspection, SGS inspects finished products.
Inspection range:
Spiral Wound Gaskets: Spiral Wound Gaskets filled with flexible graphite, with stainless steel inner ring and stainless steel outer ring.
Spiral Wound Gaskets filled with PTFE, with stainless steel inner ring and Carbon Steel outer ring.
Spiral Wound Gaskets filled with graphite with CS outer ring.
Dimension check, Spiral Wound Gaskets Vision check, Spiral Wound Gaskets Quantity check, Spiral Wound Gaskets Package check. Check the percentage of 10% of each item for Spiral Wound Gaskets.
