- Material properties – on-site PMI (positive material identification) plus laboratory tensile, yield and hardness tests to confirm alloy-steel chemistry and mechanical performance.
- Surface treatment – visual assessment for uniformity, followed by salt-spray correlation to ensure anti-corrosion performance.
- Appearance & packaging – checked for burrs, cracks, rust, correct labeling and robust export packaging.
